Simple Fall Decor Ideas

Fall is here, and it’s time to decorate our homes to reflect this beautiful season! Here are some simple fall decor ideas that I’m using in my own home this year.

Use Everyday Decor in Fall Colors

Decorating for fall doesn’t have to always be the obvious use of pumpkins, leaves, bats, etc. It can be as simple as using everyday decor but in fall colors: rust, mustard, terra cotta, brown, gold, orange and so on. I typically gravitate towards these colors when I decorate anyway, so that can make it even easier to decorate for fall. This works out great also because some things that you buy to put out for fall can actually be used all year!

1. Throw Pillows

Throw pillows are so fun and easy to change for the seasons. The more pillows the better and the cozier 😉

The same as with pillows, blankets add different patterns and colors and are cozy additions to the room.

Sprinkle Pumpkins Everywhere

Pumpkin jars, pumpkin candles. pumpkin baskets, neutral pumpkins, checkered pumpkins…. I can’t get enough pumpkins this time of year. I do like a more minimalist approach though. A pumpkin here and there and sprinkled around everywhere is my favorite!
