Mom's Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup softened butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Peel, core and thinly slice 4 cups of apples. Spread them out into the greased pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients with a fork or hands until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until browned and bubbling.
