How to Make a No Sew Dishtowel Pillow
Did you know you can take a dishtowel and turn it into a throw pillow without any sewing? Well you can, and it’s a fun and easy project! Making pillows this way costs a lot less than buying new ones. Because of that, this is perfect for Christmas time when you will only have the pillows out for the season. Let me take you through the steps to make a DIY No Sew Dishtowel Pillow.

Instructions
How to Make the DIY No Sew Dishtowel Pillow
1. First thing, take the dishtowel and iron it completely. Then fold it in half as perfectly as possible. After that, make sure you iron the crease well.
2. Open up the dishtowel. Using the glue gun on high heat, glue the three sides as pictured above. You will leave the top unglued for now to be able to put in the filling. Gluing across the bottom helps form a nice looking crease on that side when it’s done.
3. Fold it back in half carefully, and press down around the edges.
4. Give the glue a minute to dry, then fill the pillow as much as desired. While doing that, just make sure to leave room to be able to seal it closed.
5. Now that the pillow is filled, add a line of glue across the inner top. After that, press the edges together to seal the pillow. Then you are done!
I honestly was amazed how well they turned out. They are such cute pillows, and I love them as part of my Christmas decor!

I hadn’t thought of using a dish towel as the fabric for a pillow. I love the green plaid towels you used!

Super cute project and I love the towel pattern you chose! I really love the curtains in this room also – where did you purchase them?

Thank you! I got them at Target a while back, unfortunately I see they’re no longer available online 🙁
